This is a new feature that we’re sure you’ll love. Adding photos and videos to your quote is now available, and it’s easy too! We’re bringing you the ability to customize and improve your quotes by adding media.
Have you ever had a hard time explaining to one of your team members that tricky hard to reach area in the customer’s home that needs a touchup? Or do you simply want to show photos or videos of the room to be painted? What about a specific area that needs a drywall patch? This feature is a great way to share more information through visual representation, to avoid confusion and to make quotes more simple and easy to read!
Here are some highlights of the media feature:
- Simply add photos/videos from your camera roll, or take them right on the spot
- Add a title and caption to your media
- You have the option to show media on the quote/work order, or both!
- Toggle media off/on for both the quote and work order
- Add as many photos/videos as you want!
